Blind Taste Test at The Blaze
Food4Patriots Gets Rave Reviews from Staff
Victims of a natural or man-made disaster who find empty shelves at their local supermarkets are happy to eat just about any food they can get ahold of.
As long as the food is nutritious and safe to eat, taste is not the No. 1 priority. Of course, if that food does taste good, that’s an added bonus.
Recently at the Los Angeles offices of The Blaze, an independent news and television network founded by talk radio personality Glenn Beck, employees were fed a lunch consisting entirely of emergency survival food from Food4Patriots.
Many compliments about the food quality were expressed by the employees, none of whom knew it was emergency food while they were eating it.
Among them were:
“Smells good.”
“Really good. Very hearty.”
“I thought it was catered.”
“All I have to do is boil water and put it in there to eat… I can do that.”
4Patriots officials pride themselves on the fact that their emergency food tastes great, in addition to the fact that it’s easy to prepare and that it lasts a long time. To have that great taste verified in a blind taste test is reassuring and encouraging.
