I have over a year supply of your food. Happy to say we enjoyed samples we have eaten. Question: if an EMP is produced with fallout, we are ready to install our mylar shelter in our home. Can any of this food be consumed without boiling water? If we can’t use a fire, which depletes the oxygen, we may have to rethink our food use for this shelter. I have been around long enough to tell you that if I had a choice between the following: C-rations, MRE’s or FoodforPatriot: I would tell you without hesitation or reservations, I would pick FoodforPatriot.
C-rations is a dehydrated type food that is almost tasteless. We in the Army use to make a lot of jokes about this ration that we had to eat while out in the field. But it was nothing compared to MRE’s. MRE’s are totally dehydrated food. Those that made it took C-rations to the very end in production and Called them MRE. when you eat an MRE it will require a lot of water just to re-hydrate the food. If you eat it while out in the field, what you don’t use to re-hydrate the food, your body will. This is why after eating an MRE you become constipated for days. And let me tell you something, it is no fun when you are constipated because of something you have eaten.
Both of these items will last a very long time. C-rations comes in cans and you will need a can opener, P-51. MRE’s come in a very tough plastic pouch that prevents insects and rodents from getting into them. The food is so dehydrated it makes toast look like a watermelon.
FoodforPatriot. It is a well thought out meal that requires minimum amount of water to re-hydrate your food. It taste great. The package is made of mylar and vacuumed packed with nitrogen. I’m awaiting my first food order. It does say add boiling water but how do I do that if I don’t have any power? I live in an apartment complex so no solar or windmill options for me.
a alcohol burner will heat the water. invest in a commercial burner or make one from a pop can.

My son is on a gluten-free diet, and I was happy to see that allergens are listed on the back of each package. He at times gets migraines. The print is small, but it is there. I separated out the ones listing wheat, and was happy to see there are a number of items that he will be able to consume. Like chicken & rice, and chocolate pudding! I’ve heard some people say they can’t eat anything that is even produced in a factory where wheat items are present, but don’t know if that is really something to be concerned about.
I do have a question. IF there is a major incident where in fact we read FEMA will confiscate your food stores if they know you have them. What precautions or safety measures has your company taken to keep our purchases anamonous from the government ? Please don’t roll your eyes I realize it sounds extreme but it is rumored the large facility built in Utah is an all knowing computer big brother system.

I received my “72” hour food pack last week and I’m here to tell you folks I have never been so disappointed because HAD I known how incredibly tasty n easy to make they were I would have purchased much more! The only issue I can find/see with this product is leaving it alone for for u to it’s 20 year self life. I wish these were on my supermarket shelves right now! I’d be buying them every shopping trip. Would like to see your survival food
I just received my first order of your survival kit, and love how they are packaged. In fact, I purchased three kits, one for myself, and one for each of my two adult kids as Christmas gifts to give this year. I think that is a great gift idea, don’t you? Their personal starter emergency kit.
I and my son live in the PNW, where we often hear about the “big one” coming someday, referring to a big earthquake. Hopefully, that will never happen, but this kit is a start. I just hope it is accessible if and when the time does come to need it. I may order another to just try out before an emergency, then save the bulk of it as an extra.

There is one problem with your food kits: You assume that nobody has any allargies or any religious or health needs. I HAVE BEEN A VEGETARIAN ALL OF MY 85 YEARS, AND A VEGAN SINCE 1996. SINCE I HAVE READ THAT DOCTORS SIGN DEATH CERTIFICATES FOR PEOPLE WHO DIE OF PRION DISEASES (CRUTCHFIELD JACOBS DISEASE OR MAD COW OR SCRAPIE, ETC., AS HAVING DIED OF ALZHEIMERS DISEASE, THUS SPREADING THE DISEASE) AND VEGANS WHO USED BONE MEAL TO FERTILIZES THEIR ROSES HAVE CONTRACTED CJD ALSO, BUT PROBABLY PARTLY BECAUSE OF UNKNOWINGLY EATING GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS AND PROBABLY PARTLY DUE TO MY OVER-USE, I NOW HAVE ALLERGIES TO GLUTEN, YEAST, PINEAPPLE AND MANGO, ETC., I COULD NOT USE MOST OF THE FOODS YOU PUT IN YOUR FOOD KITS. I just received a 72 hour food package. You advertize expiration dates of up to 25 years, which is awesome! However, I can’t find the expiration date on the outside package. I don’t want to open the outside pkg, as it might compromize the expiration dates of the individual pkgs. Where are the expiration dates listed? On the outside pkg or on each individual pkg?
