Many have questioned the legality of some of the actions taken by President Barack Obama and his administration. The most recent of those questionable activities – and perhaps the most glaringly illegal – are making changes in a law without Congressional approval. Specifically, I’m referring to ObamaCare.
The healthcare law has been a disaster from day one, and as the public learns more about how bad it really is, Democrats are starting to panic that the law’s problems will cost them elections in November. And if that occurs, Democrats could lose their majority in the Senate. If the Republicans end up controlling both houses for the final two years of Obama’s presidency, they can pretty much keep him bottled up.
So, to increase the likelihood that that won’t happen, Obama is changing the law as he goes along to make it more palatable to people. By some counts, he’s done it 14 times now. But there’s a big problem with that – it’s illegal. Of course, Obama doesn’t care because he considers himself above the law, but some state officials have finally decided to stand up to him.
U.S. attorneys general from 11 states recently sent a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, declaring that the actions of the president and his administration are “flatly illegal under federal constitutional and statutory law.”
The letter demands that Obama do the right thing and go through Congress if he wants to change the healthcare law, stating emphatically that, “The illegal actions by this administration must stop.”
Crafting the letter was West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrissey, and signing it were attorneys general from Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia.

He should have been impeached a long time ago. Now Congress is claiming that they cannot do anything because they could not complete it in a timely manner. However, that view is just allowing him to commit more crimes–as many as he can get away with before his term ends.
Even if the process could not be compledted initiating it put a damper on his attempting more illegal actions
Repent and pray. There can be no civil law without first having a moral standard. The Christain moral standard of love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul and love your neighbor as yourself seems to be no longer the moral standard of America. A standard not brought about by force or laws as in Communist dictatorships or Islamic states but because God loved us first. So much so that he gave His one and only Son so that all who believe in him shall have eternal life. Believe it and then live it. Exercise your civil duties accordingly. Support and vote for those candidates who use this moral guide as a prerequisite to civil service and do not pervert justice then we can and will turn this nation back to its former glory.
However, also remember that God is soveriegn over all the nations of the earth and gives them to whomever He pleases. Is he allowing us to live with the consequences of our actions so that we repent and pray? Test him in this. Is He who made heaven and earth not able to shower down upon America more blessings than we could ever imagine? I believe so.

I say he should be brought up on treason charges and crimes against humanity and then be sentenced appropriately under the constitution for the crimes he has committed. What ever happens this terrorist cannot be allowed to finish out his stolen terms in office.
I think Obama should be arrested for breaking the law, which he has done many times since he took office. Then impeachment process. But some crap floats and this turd will executive order his way around it.

So far the obama/sharpton train wreck has tried to incite unrest amongst Americans by brewing racial wars such as what happened in Ferguson. They incited all blacks to hate cops and the leftist loving media encouraged this division by putting the blame on a cop for the death of a 18 year old criminal in the process of attacking same cop. And, yes, if America allows Iran to begin the first part of building a nuclear bomb (which Iran says is to further their country’s progress), and knowing how easy it is for muslims to lie to get what they want, what makes you think America won’t be one of their first targets. They already have intercontinrntal missiles. How difficult is it to put a nuclear bomb in one. And Israel’s proximity to Iran would mean certain death for that country as well. No, Martial Law is nothing compared to what obama has up his muslim sleeve.

I haven’t figured out what they’re afraid of, but he’s got something on them all or they’d do the right thing and abolish all of his executive orders, impeach him & totally get rid of Obamacare, which is a joke & we all knew it from the start. Wow. First off, the Democrats did lose the majority in the Senate this last election. You should’ve known that. And something else you should know: the republican congress wrote into the “Obama Care” that it was to be “mandnatory” and they also wrote into the “Affodable Health Care Act” that the insurance companies would in deed be left in the loop. Obama wanted a whole new system like “Medicare”. If you really want to know the truth about why this republican congress is “obstructing” our Comander and Chief, stop listening to those 24 hour news channels and dig deeper. Remember, it was the media that helped george w. in getting the US people riled up over the war in Iraq. Republicans have lost the majority and to Democrat Presidents in the past. Why did this one promise to obstruct President Barack Obama for the past 6 years? Maybe for the same reason you hate him so much.

If these eleven States really want to apply the pressure about Obamacare, the they should get their Federal representatives involve and force the Presidents hand. They need to stop whining about it and start to do something about it.

Education is our only solution, folks. We need… no, we absolutely MUST, educate everyone to the Facts. Even those being supported by the system now can be shown the truth behind the lies (and oh, so simply!) and help make the necessary change for the good — IF they are Educated to the Truth!

Obama has been breaking laws since he was first elected, acting more like a king than a president. What are the attorneys general planning to do if he ignores their letter, as he will most certainly do? Most likely nothing. The only chance we have is to vote in this November to fill Congress with strong Constitutional conservatives who are not afraid to stand up to him. Will it happen? Sadly, probably not. Too many people are either enjoying freebies from our government or asleep to what has been going on. One can only hope and continue working to educate them.

He and his minions also knows impeaching him is an empty threat, as it would be like shooting themselves in the foot before Nov. for the House Republicans or anyone else.
It seems “We the People” and what we think no longer matters to more than a hand full in D.C. State governments are far to fractional to stand against him either.
All we can do is hope he pulls some really, really obviously tyrannical “High Crime” that comes to light that horrifies both parties …. otherwise we remain at the unfettered mercy of Obama and his power-broker cronies.

When individuals are not compliant with the law punishment is required. This principle applies to all. What should we do? Determine what law was broken, the applicable penalty, then just enforce the law.
Somehow some teeth must be put to the above captioned letter or it means nothing.
File lawsuits against him for each of his violations of the law, and the United States Constitution!!!
