Obama: We don’t need no stinking states’ rights
In his never-ending quest to make the federal government even larger than it already is and take away the rights of individual states, President Obama is causing jobs to be lost and electricity rates to go higher. Not to mention increasing the odds of power outages occurring.
That’s what the attorney general is saying in two different states: West Virginia and Oklahoma. Obama’s energy plan, based purely on his opinion that humans are causing global warming that is negatively affecting the Earth, would require states to cut dioxide emissions by 30 percent by 2030. Oklahoma and West Virginia are among 15 coal-reliant states that are suing the EPA to block the so-called “Clean Power Plan.” These rigid regulations would cause existing power plants to retire early and prevent new ones from being completed.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey told a clean air subcommittee of the Senate Environment Committee that, “finalizing this proposal would have a devastating impact on my state, other coal-producing states and citizens from across the country who will feel the impact of high electricity prices and reduced reliability of the power grid.”
In the past, states have been allowed to make their own decisions about electricity generation, but Obama is trying to change that. He has given ridiculous amounts of power to unelected EPA officials, who are making life miserable for the folks in coal-producing states.
The end result will be that a few tree-huggers will have smiles on their faces. But in the meantime, real people will lose jobs and will no longer be able to support their families, and everybody will have to pay more for electricity.
Once again, thanks Barack for everything you’ve done to make the U.S. a worse place to live.
Like what you just read? There’s more where that came from. Did you know that food preparedness is the #1 thing that most people lack when it comes to a crisis? Find out how your food stockpile stacks up… Click here!

This country and undo everything that assholebama and his democratic allies have done except for one thing. The stupidity of the people that support the criminal banksrter and their politician lackies can’t be undone!
I’ve searched through your blog info and scanned your emails, while I do purchase some of your products, I do tend to take issue on some of your opinions and marketing strategies…
That said: I do find that you provide ‘some’ good information and products, though I’ve not found any substantial information about storing unleaded gasoline that has the mandatory ethanol additive for extended periods of time. I live in Colorado, and one “doomsday” scenario, for example, is Yellowstone erupting as has been predicted, leaving a 1000 mile radius uninhabitable. My only option will be to take what stored food and gasoline I have and heading south-south-west, probably as far as Mexico. To expect FEMA and/or the National Guard to be standing by with fuel tankers on the highway is laughable, and would frankly surprise the hell out of me.
I always chuckle at the apocalyptic movies where people pull up to a gas station that hasn’t been used in a year and pump gas like it’s still going to be useable.
I’ve looked at some options, such as 4 or 5 Jerry-cans of unleaded, with auto-store bought stabilizers to minimize the effect of the ethanol additive, I’ve not gone shopping and priced that process, as yet, but it seems that one workable strategy (using the commercially available unleaded gas) is to keep x amount of Jerry-cans filled, along with stabilizer, and use that fuel in my car after a certain period of time, refilling the cans with more ethanol-contaminated gas and stabilizer.
That could become expensive. In particular, since I am a physically disabled stay-at-homer and do not drive a heck of a lot, rotating the gas could be expensive and unworkable (unless I sell it to friends to use).
Is diesel more stable, or has it been contaminated with ethanol as well? If diesel fuel has a longer ‘shelf-life’, perhaps I need to look at switching to a diesel powered vehicle and stockpiling diesel?
If you’ve done some studies on this (or read some), I would appreciate it if you could point me to that information. If not, I think it sure would be a good topic to research and do a write-up on.

According to what I’ve recently read about global warming the greatest source of added CO2 emissions is the warming oceans and, soon, melting permafrost in the Arctic. I’ve never bought into it bring due to puny man’s actions, but a natural phenomenon.
The UN’s global climate theory is a desperate attempt to complete the unification of all nations before the public realizes the unreported events at Konan, Korea in Aug-Sept 1944 that triggered the decision to unite nations on 24 Oct 1945.

What is happening to the Midwestern & Eastern coal producing states makes me ANGRY! It is just the tip of the iceberg. Out here in the West there are HUGE deposits of high quality, clean burning, hard coal deposits along with HUGE untapped natural gas reserves that have been swallowed up and made useless to anyone! It was done by federal decree from the White House. They now call them National Monuments, and Wilderness Areas. More of these “Land Grabs” are in the works that will also set aside millions of acres of very rich oil shale deposits. Who is paying Mr. Obama to make these decisions??
God bless the USA!
The Bilderberg group, Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg, Rockefellers, Bushes, Clintons, our Senators and House Representatives are all complicit in Americas takeover. Greed. None of these fools realize they don’t live forever and you can’t take it with you.
He promised to fundamentally Change America into the image that pleases him most. We fought a difficult and bloody revolution against a tyrannical monarch and 239 years later we have a black King George III. Our next move – if we don’t get real change with real hope next year – is obvious.
They could save all those jobs by replacing coal plants with solar panel manufacturing plants. It would create jobs and create a cleaner greener environment.
Except the government doesnt want that either, that is why you see so many of those businesses failing. Over-regulation and taxation. UN wants no business in America.
